Due to overwhelming support from our customers, we cannot promise delivery in time for Christmas 2024 at this time.

We are a 3 generation team (Grandma, Daughter and Granddaughter) who love our chickens and wanted to create a beautiful coop and play area for them. As we were painting and assembling, we realized how much we truly enjoy it and that other people may love to have chickens and a pretty coop too, but not be able to (or want to) do the messy work. So, we started The Head Hen. Our labor of love from us to you.

Create A Coop Or Playhouse

Your chickens and kids deserve a beatiful and safe place to play. Let us help you create it. You choose one of our styles, your paint colors and any accessories you may want and we’ll do the work. We take multiple payment options so you can pay by credit card or even over time with Shop and Klarna. We do not ship coops, but we can arrange delivery within a reasonable distance for a fee.
